It works by channeling universal life energy through the hands of a certified practitioner, helping to release blocked energy, reduce tension, and restore harmony to your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. How is Reiki done?
During a Reiki session, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table, in a peaceful and calming environment. The practitioner will gently place their hands on or just above specific areas of your body, using a series of hand positions designed to promote the flow of energy.
